Silverlode moderates panel on corporate location decision making at Trust Belt 2016

Steve Weitzner led a panel of site consultants at the World Forum for FDI in San Diego. Business and community leaders got a crash course in the key issues dominating the site selection consulting profession, including compensation and winning projects.

Cleveland Heights is looking for help developing a prime piece of real estate that has sat dormant for decades. Silverlode has assisted the eastern suburb with the development of a request for qualifications and preliminary development proposals for the “Top of the Hill.” The four-acre site sits at the top of Cedar Hill at the corner of Cedar Road and Euclid Heights Boulevard, one-and-a-half miles from University Circle.

We are pleased to assist the City of Cleveland Heights with the redevelopment of the landmark "Top of the Hill" site. This site, which is located in the vibrant Cedar Fairmount district of Cleveland Heights, is adjacent to University Circle, a world class center of education, medical, and arts and cultural institutions including Case Western Reserve University, University Hospitals, the Cleveland Clinic, the Cleveland Orchestra, and the Cleveland Museum of Art.
