Silverlode Consulting and Thomas & Company are excited to announce their location based incentives partnership. This collaboration allows Thomas & Company to continue to offer best-in-class location based and negotiated tax services with likeminded partner Silverlode as an extra service above and beyond the WOTC services offered.

GBX Group and Silverlode are seeking a joint venture partner to redevelop a sizable portion of Old River Road along the east bank of the Cuyahoga River in Downtown Cleveland, OH. We invite interested firms to respond to the Request for Proposal, for this important opportunity. The five buildings total 150,000 square feet and comprise 156 feet of river frontage. Proposals are due October 31, 2023.

Silverlode welcomes Sarah Giegold as a Senior Tax Consultant. Sarah will assist clients to obtain lucrative Federal and State Tax Credits and Incentives. Sarah attained her Bachelor of Science in Accounting Degree at Purdue University and then worked at First Advantage, where she first met several members of the Silverlode Team!  

Silverlode is excited to work with the Lancaster Festival on another economic impact study to showcase the Festival’s impact in Ohio. This arts and music festival draws more than 40,000 visitors and bolsters community participation of all ages in the arts. Tickets are now available for this year’s festival which features Sheryl Crow and Andy Grammer, among many other amazing musical artists.
