Due to rapid growth, a leading marketing communications agency was facing space constraints. The company was deciding between Northeast Ohio and Mountain West locations to accommodate their incremental growth and provide more space for their current workforce. Silverlode was engaged to complete a location analysis and assist with incentives procurement.
We helped the agency determine a location by providing a comparative analysis on workforce, state and local taxes, real estate, utilities, transportation, and other factors. Once a location was determined, Silverlode secured assistance with state and local government for funding the development of a new building. The client built a state-of-the-art, environmentally-friendly building and is currently flourishing in the new location.
