Since 2005, Silverlode has served as the economic development representative for the Village of Cuyahoga Heights, Ohio. Silverlode functions as an integral part of the community's staff. We develop and implement business attraction and retention strategies and policies, identify target markets, design and implement marketing strategies, manage development projects, and advise on development financing. We are also responsible for securing state, county, and federal resources to advance community and economic development opportunities.
Silverlode has helped the Village to retain and attract many companies, redevelop sites, and secure dozens of grants which provided millions of dollars for economic development and community development projects.
