Silverlode provides site selection, negotiated incentives, and economic impact services to a Virginia-based logistics company. The company was preparing to invest significantly in a large-scale development project which would benefit numerous communities. Silverlode estimated the impact of the company’s existing and proposed operations to aid in the pursuit of County and Commonwealth financial assistance. The economic impact study included analyses at the Commonwealth, regional, and county level.
