GBX Group and Silverlode are seeking a joint venture partner to redevelop a sizable portion of Old River Road along the east bank of the Cuyahoga River in Downtown Cleveland, OH. We invite interested firms to respond to the Request for Proposal, for this important opportunity. The five buildings total 150,000 square feet and comprise 156 feet of river frontage.
